About the Project
Project Name: SINIPARKSI – Taking Care of Population Through Contemporary Dance
Siniparksi promotes the development and dissemination of participatory artistic collaborations based on the human right to cultural participation, open and accessible to everyone.
Project Partners:
- Ascen-Danse: France (Montdauphin)
- Seneca Intensiv: Germany (Berlin)
- Free Dance: Croatia (Karlovac)
- Quo Vadis: Greece (Athens)
Since November 2023, Free Dance has been part of the international Siniparksi project, which recognises dance as a tool for community development. The project aims to embody human rights through contemporary dance, making it accessible to as many people as possible. It is based on cultural exchange: four dance companies and students from dance schools in France, Greece, Germany, and Croatia share ideas about the potentials, practices, and challenges of cultural diversity in dance projects.
This workshop is the final activity of the project, intended to disseminate the results and methods developed during the project.
The project is co-funded by the European Union through the Creative Europe programme, with support from the Ministry of Culture and Media of the Republic of Croatia and the Office for Associations of the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
